Testimonials from
Satisfied Customers
"Tom's
dedication to his clients and genuine
interest in Inns and B&B's are what give him longevity and
credibility in a competitive and confusing sector of this industry."
- David Hiler,
Hiler Hospitality, Brattleboro, Vermont
"Tom assured us that [price creep] would not
occur & that all price changes would be signalled in advance
with an explanation. Tom has kept his word...In fact, Tom has passed on
a couple of price decreases to us." More
- Don Hartley,
The Blue
Hill Inn, Blue Hill, Maine
"My
advice is to call Tom Weiskotten at Payment Transaction Solutions. I
have used him for three months, and...my savings have been significant.
It ends up about being with a processor that will SERVICE your account,
and not sit and figure hundreds of dinky add ons. Tom acts more like an
advocate for me..."
- Gregg Morse,
Highland
Inn, Monterey, Virginia
"Tom's dependability is outstanding in a
business that requires quick solutions. We have never been disappointed
in his response to any and all of our needs." More

Preferred Processor for PAII and Select Registry
I specialize in credit card processing for the
Inn,
B&B, Hotel/Motel Industries.
After being in the business since 1995, I realized
that most
businesses in the hospitality trade were being over charged by credit
card processors that didn’t take the time to fully understand
the unique needs of the hotel/motel industry.
There is also a huge problem with Inns and
B&B’s being sold terminals for outrageous prices.
This is especially true if a business leases or rents a terminal. A
basic terminal and printer system can be purchased for $225 (including
a full warranty) and will serve almost any Inn or B&B.
In addition to offering low rates and surcharge
pass through,
I am also available to give seminars to groups of Inn and B&B
owners where I discuss all aspects of the credit card processing
business as it pertains to those businesses.
David Hiler, consultant to the
Inn trade,
has referred to me as "an honest person who knows how to make
sense of a complex and often deceptive business". Please
check out his Testimonial, and others, on the left of this page.
I
will be attending the following seminars:
- March
26-29, 2007...PAII, The Sheraton Myrtle Beach and Convention Center,
Myrtle Beach, SC.
- May 6-9, 2007: Select Registry, Coeur d'Alene
Resort, Coeur
d'Alene, ID.
-
January 13-16, 2008: Mid-Atlantic Innkeepers Trade Show & Conference, Natural Bridge Hotel & Conference Center, Natural Bridge, VA.
- April 7-10, 2008: Professional Association of Innkeepers International, Disneyland Resort, Anaheim, CA.
Please feel free to stop by any of these events and talk
with me. As David Hiler says, "If nothing
else, you will find it to be an educational experience from an honest
person who knows how to make sense of a complex and often deceptive
business."
If you can't attend one of these conventions,
please feel
free to email me at tom@weiskotten.com.
